About Us: World of Games & Computer Services is an independently owned and operated Video Game & Computer Repair store located in Lakeville, MN. We first opened our doors in the spring of 2005, and we’ve been growing ever since!
World of Games & Computer Services was started by the collaborative efforts of two friends (Phil & Phil). We grew up playing video games such as Pac-Man and Galaga at the local gas station.
Our work with computers first began when our elementary school acquired a series of Apple IIe desktops.
After extensive corporate training and schooling, we felt the time was right to start a business which tied our two passions together – Hence the formation of World of Games & Computer Services.

We strive to offer you the best products and services at the best prices. We understand that your video games and your computers are important to you. That’s why our turnaround time on computer services is much faster than the big box stores can offer.
Not only do we offer new release titles, but we carry a large stock gaming systems that the other stores consider “too old”. We understand that older technology is called ‘legacy’ for a reason…it has one.
Because older gaming systems can sometimes break down, and you may have trouble replacing parts, we are proud to offer repair on most gaming systems
